Answer : A1 - Please refer to Special Conditions, Item 5 – BID ITEM OFFERED / EQUAL PRODUCTS: All bidders are requested to adhere to case packing and size requirements of cartons due to storage and various other limitations. Also please note – No recycled paper will be acceptable and should not be offered for consideration.

A2.-All deliveries will be made to our Stores & Mail Distribution Center

A3.- The quantity on the bid proposal is an estimated two year usage figure (See Section 4 – ESTIMATED QUANTITIES/EXPENDITURES. We usually place orders in full truckloads, in monthly or bi-monthly increments, as required, by our Stores & Mail Distribution Center.
