Question : 1.Do the file cabinets have to be palletized?
2. Is it a drop ship, or do you require the file cabinets to be installed (remove box and level)?  
Answer : 1. Yes. Please refer to Bid Proposal Form (Format A) Section, Item 18, for further details.
2. All orders shall be the standard F.O.B. Delivery, unless specified different on the purchase order, in such a case, an additional charge will be incurred for inside delivery. Please refer to Instructions to Bidders, Section I, Item C-2 Prices, and Bid Proposal Form (Format A), Item 5,Deliveries, for further details.

Question : 1. Additionally can you let me know what the charge would be, so that we can bring in a check or cash, which ever you prefer? 2. Is there a bond required?  
Answer : 1. The District charges $.15 cents per page, cash or check, both is acceptable. Please note previous awards are located on our web site, in which you can download award information for the last bid # 109-CC01 File Cabinets, at www.procurement.dadeschools.net. Please click on the icon titled Bids and Board Actions for 2003. 2. There is no bond required.
