Bidder’s can bid each Item General Electric has changed its order code number and/or part number, and make note of the correct order code and/or part number on the bid. All order code numbers and part number changes submitted recently by General Electric will be reviewed during the evaluation process, and if deemed necessary, the District may elect to re-evaluate some or all items, to ensure product still meet specifications.
Also, if an Item listed, does not show the brand you wish to bid, the bidder can bid an alternate, however, the bidder will be responsible for ensuring M-DCPS, Materials Testing and Evaluation department receive samples, upon request only.
2.
In order to be considered for an award for a section that requires a bidder to bid on a total low group basis, the bidder must bid all items in the group.

The addendum was mailed in a timely manner and is also posted on our website. All bidders are responsible for governing themselves by Special Condition
