Question 2 -How many pooled plan minutes per user are you specifiying? Question 3 - Regarding Item #12 on page 3: Group call airtime charge (radio)What do you mean by group call airtime? Does 1 user need to speak to a group of users? If so, how many?  
Answer : Response to Question 1 - All plan minutes to be pooled among all users.
Respnse to Question 2 - The radio minutes are specified as unlimited. The pooling was intended to refer to cellular minutes only.
Response to Question 3 - Group call is a call made to a predetermined group. The group is not to exceed 20 users. -

Question : Question 1 - Please clarify on the estimated quantity column whether the totals in the columns refer to a per user or a total for the group. For example, under wireless telephones, row 2 the excess airtime charge is this a representation of total minutes used for all 700 phones.
Question 2 - Row 7, unlimited nights and weekends is this a total for all 700 users or per user
Question 3 - Row 8, Unlimited text messaging, per user or for the group
 
Answer : Response to Question 1 - The answer is for all 700 cellular telephnones. The 504,000 represents 700 wireless cellulars for 24 months at 30 minutes of overages per unit.
Response to Question 2 - The 1500 reflects approximately 63 telephones with unlimited nights and weekends for 24 months.
Response to Question 3 - The 2400 reflects 100 telephones times 24 months with unlimited text messaging.

Question : Questions 1 - Verizon Wireless provides both Push to Talk products and In-Calling which is Verizon to Verizon Calling. We have the ability on some models to restrict the phones to only communicate with phones that are programmed to the phonebook.
Question 2- Can this feature be used to replace or as on option in your request for Radio only phones?
Question 3 - Can we submit prices with a non-disclosure agreement?  
Answer : Response to Question 1 - The district is interested in a device which provides communication access within a network between two telecommunicators. Local service is the State of Florida. The group call feature is mandatory.
Response to Question 2 - Group calling is a requirement of Section 7 TWO WAY RADIO ONLY SERVICE.
Response to Question 3 - NO - Per Board Rule and State Statute, our bid process requires posting of all responses.
