Question : 1. Will the award go the lowest bidder or will it be spread out thru all the bidders? 2. Is 5,000,000 gallons a close estimate? 3. Did the last contract expire or did one of the parties not want to extend?

Answer : 1. The two lowest responses and responsible bidders will be awarded the contract. The first lowest bid will become the Primary and the second lowest the Alternate. 2. Pump-Outs in gallons from 11/16/07-8/7/08 was 3,621,200. 3. Contract 064-EE09 expires November 15, 2008 with no extensions.
