Question : 1.Question 1: Are all items being delivered to one central location? 2.Question 2: will these items be ordered all at once or in quantities of how many? 3.Question 3: Will the items be able to be placed in a secure area so that the ones that are assembled can be protected? 4.The items being requested for inside delivery, installation and assembly are they on one surface level or do they need to go up stairs, etc? 5.Will there be tool that will be supplied (example fork lift) so that the product may be removed from freight truck to designated location? 6.What zip codes are these products going to? 7.Would it be possible for me to email the bid before 2:00pm today?  
Answer : 1.Please read Bid Proposal Form (Format A) Special Condition Page 1(SC1) Item 6 Deliveries: 2. Please read Bid Proposal Form (Format A) Special Condition Page 1(SC1) Item 2, Estimated Quantities. 3. All items during the installation stage will be secured. 4.All inside delivery charges and installation will be one price whether it’s one level or multiple. 5.Vendors are required to provide necessary equipment or supplies to off load their shipment. 6.Requested orders include all Miami Dade County Public Schools and facilities locations.
