Answer : The exact days of the week that each school will be receiving service for will be provided to the awarded vendor. This information cannot be provided at this time due to security reasons.

Answer : Yes, so long as the guards are properly licensed to carry the weapon.

Question : Does the price that we state in the bid, include additional fees and charges such as: Premise time (additional per minute charge when messenger is there more than a certain amount of minutes), Excess Item fees (additional fees for more than a certain amount of bags/shipments), Fuel Surcharge (additional charges for fuel, usually a % of diesel fuel prices), Insurance fees, Taxes. If not, is there a place in the bid to state these fees?  
Answer : We are requesting a one amount fee for services. We have never been charged for these extra fees. And our system is not equipped to track and check these additional fees. Fuel surcharge, insurance, premise time should all be calculated into your bid price and we do not pay taxes as we are tax exempt.
