Question : 1) Is the Pre-Bid Conference mandatory? Does the attendance of the Pre-Bid conference have any bearing on the evaluation of the vendors? Can we attend through a conference call? 2) If Addendums and posted after a vendor sends out the proposal documents, will the vendor be able to send just the addendums separately or would the vendor need to submit the complete set of response along with the addendum once again? 3) Do we need to submit 4 copies and an original of the proposal or is it 3 copies and an original?  
Answer : 1. No-No-No 2. Yes-Addendum can be sent separately, but must be received by the Bid closing date and time. 3. I?ll accept three copies, plus an original.

Answer : It?s a typo. Just need the standard Applicable State occupational license.
