Question : Does this bid pertain to higher education(college and universities) or does it refer to K-12 only?

Answer : Most of the equipment that will be purchased on Bid 066-DD05 will be for training students in our post-secondary dental labs (Adult Vocational Education Centers) Most of the supplies will be purchased for use throughout our K-12 facilities, as well as for use by the Adult Vocational Ed Centers. In the future there may also be purchases for offsite Dental Labs.
