Question : Does the bidder have to have a Liquid Waste Transporter Permit, if the subcontractors the bidder plan to utilize to service contract, has a permit?

Answer : No. The subcontractor can hold the permit, however, bidder is responsible for providing a list on subcontractors it plan to utilize and a copy of all applicable licenses to the services they will perform on behalf of the bidder; Insurance, Occupational License, and Liquid Waste Transporter Permit, but not limited to.
