Question : If a vendor delivers the products in corrugated cardboard boxes, would they need to pick these up just as the crates need to be picked up? 
Answer : We have ascertained that there will be additional charges incurred by M-DCPS for the removal/recycling of the corrugated cardboard boxes. A determination of the impact of cost effectiveness cannot be determined until the bid prices are received and evaluated. If the pricing results are not beneficial to M-DCPS a vendor will be required to pick-up the corrugated cardboard boxes.

Question : The addendum references a change to the Price Adjustments, Section #6. The clause references Federal Order #6 (which is correct) and Zone #5, which is incorrect, Miami-Dade county is located in Zone #3.  
Answer : This is correct. M-DCPS acknowledges the error in the zone number. Please note that the information for Zone #3 is what will apply to this bid.
