Q - In completing the above bid it asks for us to provide insurance that name all Dade County employees and insured. We have never done this in the past. This same requirement was made on the previous bid. However, since our company does not perform work on any of your facilities and only provides parts to your school district this type of insurance is not needed. Is this still acceptable? We have continued to have our own company insurance for all of our employees that meet the specifications listed in your bid. Thanks |

A – Bidders offering parts only will not be required to submit insurance coverage. However, insurance is required from those companies bidding parts and labor rates for service. |
