Bid Number : 046-DD03  Opening Date : January 13, 2004
Bid Title : Storage and Delivery of Dry, Frozen and Refrigerat
Buyer : Phillip Ford
Subject : Inquiry received from James Craven, Food Distribution Systems of Florida, Inc.
Question : "I have a question on page 3 of the pricing section of the referred bid. Item numbers 4 and 5A show an estimated quantity of 148,883 CWT. If item numbers 4A and 4B and item number 4C are options to deliver the same product, why dont they add up to the same weight? Items 4A and 4B and item 4C add to a total of 40,650 CWT, a difference of 108,223 CWT. It would be impossible to compare the total cost of a bid if items add up to a different total."
Answer : An addendum will be issued to correct the estimated quantities of these items.
