Question : After reading the addendum we notice the two lines for the two prices. (Student access and Non-Student)The award section now reads: ?The award of this contract may be made to the vendor offering the total highest dollar amount per group for Group 1: All M-DCPS sites North of Flagler Street, Group 2: All M-DCPS sites South of Flagler Street, and for Group 3: Administrative Locations.?We would like to know, how will procurement calculate the ?total highest dollar amount? with two different amounts being offered in the same bid?, can you explain in detail the calculation made with two fictitious numbers (E.G. Student access = ?X? and Non-Student Access = ?Y?)  
Answer : An example of a possible scenario is: Vendor X Student Access $150, Non-Student Access $100, Total Group 1: $250; Vendor Y Student Access $250, Non-Student Access $100, Total Group 1: $350; Vendor Z Student Access $50, Non-Student Access $100,Total Group 1: $150. The award of Group 1 would be made to Vendor Y since the total for the Group is the highest dollar amount of all three vendors.

Question : I was starting to fill in the bid information and notice that the fill in fields have a few errors, the PDF has the same field names for multiple fields. Causing the information to be shared in multiple forms within the same PDF. (for example Bid qualification form and local business affidavit.) 
Answer : Please go ahead and remove the information that appears in the incorrect fields. These fields will be corrected on all future bids.

Question : My question is there anything in the Bid that says the vender is in default if they don?t place the current number of machines?  
Answer : The number of machines is only a guideline. As stated in the preparation of the implementation of machines the number is determined by the Principal at each location.
