The Format B Excel Spreadsheet on this bid requests the bidder to enter information in the BLUE SHADED CELLS. The discovery of certain shaded cells being locked on a specific number of items in the documents is being addressed and will be corrected via the posting of Addendum 2. The bidder always has the option of printing the Format B Spreadsheet and entering the bid information requested by filling in the appropriate shaded boxes with ink pen, in lieu of filling it out electronically. No password has been or will be needed to enter in bid information on the Format B Excel spreadsheet. Please monitor the M-DCPS Procurement Website for the Addendum 2 posting, which will address the above item and change the bid opening date. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY THE ABILITY TO CORRECT THE ACCESS THE ENTERING OF INFORMATION ELECTRONICALLY IS BEING ADDRESSED IN ADDENDUM 2, AS THERE IS NO CHANGE TO THE DESCRIPTION, QUANTITY, OR EVALUATION UNITS OF THE FORMAT B BID ITEMS. Please remember that one printed copy of the COMPLETE Bid Package and Format B Excel Spreadsheet SHALL be submitted as the bid, for evaluation. At this time, the district is only REQUESTING bidders to submit in electronic format the Excel file, Format B Bid Proposal Form on a CD-ROM, 3 Floppy Disk, or Jump Drive with the COMPLETE Bid Package in order to facilitate the bid evaluation. |
