Answer : The amount listed for each item in the ESTIMATED EVALUATION UNIT on the Format B (Items on Bid) corresponds to the unit stated for each bid item. An individual bid item can be evaluated by the case, 30 lb. bag, portion, pound etc. Bidders are advised to review all their bid documents before submitting their bid to be received by the stated time, date, and location listed,
