Subject : Addendum 2 - Updating bid pages on the Format B (Items on Bid) for submission 
Question : I have found many differences between the electronic format and the printed copy that goes with the bid submission. There are schools for example, Felix Varela in the electronic format says it has 19 snack machines, versus 6 snack machines in the printed copy to return with the paper work. Many others schools have differences, which do we follow????? This information changes many things when offering contribution per machine in that area. Please let me know.  
Answer : Bidders are responsible for monitoring the M-DCPS Procurement website for updates to this bid and need to use the most recent information released for this bid. By the information provided above, it appears that one needs to replace the original pages to the bid with the updated pages provided in the most recent addendum. To answer your question, when Addendum 2 for this bid was released, the bidder is suppose to replace the Format B (Items on Bid) pages in the Adobe file with the new Format B pages in Excel Format listed in Addendum 2. In addition to printing the revised Excel File for Addendum 2, please remember if you are providing an addition copy in electronic format (CD-ROM, Floppy Disk, or Jump Drive,) to use the most recent Excel File found in Addendum 2.
