Answer : In the absence of audited financial statements, privately held firms should provide the following: (a) un-audited financial statements; (b) a description of the firm’s ownership structure and; (c) either bank statements or other information that would demonstrate that the firm has sufficient resources to complete the tasks described in this RFP.

Please clarify whether a Hispanic-owned and operated firm qualifies as a M/WBE for the purposes of this RFP? 
Answer : Yes, Hispanics are considered as a minority group, however there is no assistance for Hispanics at this time. This RFP is not a set-aside for minority firms. Firms wishing to certify with the District through this RFP, may submit an application.
