Answer : According to the Department of Food and Nutrition, the items on this bid are new items. Therefore, there is no reference to provide you from previously awarded bid solicitations. PLEASE NOTE: ADDENDUM 1 FOR THIS BID WAS POSTED ON 02/12/2010, PLEASE CLICK ON THE ADDENDA LINK OF THIS BID NUMBER FOR DETAILS.

Question : We need a clarification on whether the new bid for black school trays is on 75,000 pieces or 75,000 cases which in effect would replace the existing contract. 
Answer : Since the submission of your question-comment, Addendum 1 was released on 02/12/2010, eliminating the black tray items, 3A and 3B from the bid solicitation. To answer your question, the original quantity was for cases, however the answer does not have any revelance to this bid anymore because those items are no longer on this bid solicitation.
