Question : 1. This proposal in only 25 pages long. Just wanted to make sure we are not missing anything. 2. Section IX. Deadline for any inquiry is listed as "AUGUST" 19. Should it be be Sept 19 (which is rather soon)? 3. Section X. This section has A, B and D headings. Is there a C heading?  
Answer : 1) 25 pages 2) Should be Sept 19. Staff needs time to address questions and submit to vendors on a timely basis any repsonses allowing adequate time for submissions to be returned by the Oct 6 deadline. 3)No "C" heading.
