Question : We are submitting a bid application and wanted to know if the application needs to be submitted in duplicate copies and also the room # on instructions is 351 and on the mailing address form it is room 352. Which is correct room number? Also on the important bid notes forms do we just fill in the blanks for the labor rate and discount parts percentage?  
Answer : 1.351 & 352 are part of Procurement, same location 2. Original, three copies and pricing on a CD or Jump Drive 3. Please indicate labor rate and discount parts percentage

Question : i need to know what parts you need a price list for. My muffler supplier carries over 700 diffrent part numbers and my mechanical part supplier cariea thousands of part numbers and various diffent part companies so i need to know specifically what you need prices on. It would be much easier to talk if you could call me at 305 688 0574 but if you have to email please email me back asap so i can get you the info you need.  
Answer : We are looking for a firm standard discount for parts (any and all) within each group. This is how this bid has been awarded in the past. Bid is under the cone of silence.
